1. General Terms & Conditions

JetX (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the JetX website, mobile platform, and all associated services.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using JetX. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

2. Account Registration & Verification

To register on JetX, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or fabricated details may be cancelled at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of Birth (for 18+ verification)
• Strong Password

2.2 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or to participate in certain promotions. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. JetX will never ask for your password by phone or email.

3. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

JetX ensures fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All payments are protected with SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes
• No extra charges on deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

JetX regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• A bonus percentage applies on your first deposit
• Welcome bonus is for new accounts only, once per person
• A promo code may be required at registration to receive the bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and the bonus is ৳500, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, JetX reserves the right to void the bonus and suspend the associated account.

5. Gaming Rules

All JetX games run on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly verified by independent auditing bodies. Game outcomes involve no human intervention.

5.1 Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits
• Odds in Sports Betting may change at any time
• Live bet odds update in real time once an event has started

5.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. Standard rules apply for partial results.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue on the platform, JetX reserves the right to make a decision based on the last recorded game state. In the event of a lost internet connection, the outcome of any ongoing game is saved on the server.

6. Responsible Gaming

JetX believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for 6 months to 5 years if needed
• Cooling-Off: Set a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days for a short break
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of your gaming session duration

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JetX:

• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors
• Colluding with other players (Collusion)
• Managing an account on behalf of someone under 18

9. Account Closure & Suspension

JetX reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, particularly if:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found
• Fraud or cheating is suspected
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• KYC Not Verified

Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

10. Changes & Updates to Terms

JetX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or platform notification.
